اليوم.. ختام منافسات دور الـ 16 ببطولة هونج كونج للاسكواش
تختتم اليوم منافسات دور الـ16 في بطولة هونج كونج للإسكواش، والتي ستستضيفها هونج كونج خلال الفترة من 27 نوفمبر إلى 3 ديسمبر، بجوائز مالية تصل إلى 190 ألف دولار أمريكي للرجال ومثلها للسيدات، مما يضعها في المركز الثاني. – الفئة البلاتينية وهي أعلى فئة في بطولات الإسكواش.
وجاءت مباريات المصريين في نهاية دور الـ16 على النحو التالي:
– هانيا الحمامي وزينة مكيوي
– روان العربي والماليزية إيفا أزمان
– كريم عبد الجواد والبيروفي دييجو إلياس
وشهدت البطولة مشاركة مصرية واسعة بـ 28 لاعباً، 12 في منافسات الرجال و16 في منافسات السيدات.
وجاءت قائمة المصريين المشاركين في مسابقة الرجال كالتالي: كريم الحمامي، عمر مسعد، يوسف إبراهيم، كريم عبد الجواد، محمد الشربيني، علي أبو العينين، مصطفى عسل، يوسف سليمان، فارس الدسوقي. ومازن هشام وطارق مؤمن وعلي فرج.
بينما يشارك في مسابقة السيدات كل من: فيروز أبو الخير، كنزي أيمن، مريم متولي، هنا معتز، سناء إبراهيم، سلمى الطيب، هنا رمضان، نادين شاهين، زينة مكيوي، نور أبو المكارم، هانيا. الحمامي، ندى عباس، روان العربي، أمينة. عرفي وسلمى هاني ونور الشربيني.
يُشار إلى أن الثنائي المصري مصطفى عسل وهانيا الحمامي يحملان لقب البطولة للنسخة الماضية، واضطرت البطلة المصرية نوران جوهر المصنفة الثانية عالميا للسيدات إلى الانسحاب من البطولة بسبب إصابة في القدم تعرضت لها في بداية الموسم.
