الزمالك يستأنف على قرار حصول فرجانى ساسى على 700 ألف يورو
قرر مجلس إدارة نادي الزمالك تقديم استئناف أمام المحكمة الرياضية الدولية ضد الحكم الصادر من محكمة النقض الدولية بأحقية لاعب الفريق السابق فرجاني ساسي في الحصول على ما يقرب من 700 ألف يورو من المستحقات القديمة من الزمالك.
وكان فرجاني ساسي، لاعب الزمالك السابق، قد أصدر حكما من الفيفا ضد النادي عام 2022 بشأن المستحقات التي تم خصمها منه بعد إيقافه عن مباراة المصري لست مباريات، بالإضافة إلى خصم ضريبة القيمة المضافة. وتقدم النادي باستئناف أمام المحكمة الرياضية التي أصدرت حكمها بإلغاء قرار الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم (فيفا).
وتقدم الفرجاني بشكوى بنفس الطلبات مرة أخرى للفيفا، ومنحه الفيفا نفس المستحقات، ومن المنتظر أن يقدم الزمالك الاستئناف خلال ساعات.
يُشار إلى أن مجلس إدارة الزمالك نجح في تجديد عقد أحمد فتوح، الظهير الأيسر للفريق الأول لكرة القدم، لمدة 3 مواسم مقبلة، بداية من الموسم المقبل، بعد تقارب وجهات النظر بين الطرفين، والعديد من الأبيض. وتدخلت جماهير القلعة لتهدئة الوضع، ووافق اللاعب على تجديد عقده مع الزمالك. واستمر داخل القلعة البيضاء لمدة 3 سنوات قادمة.
