في حادث اليم ٤ شباب لقوا مصرعهم غرقًا أثناء الاستحمام فى مياه الرياح البحيرى، أمام قرية دمشلى بنطاق المركز بمركز كوم حمادة .
وافاد مصر مسؤول ان التحريات المبدئية ان شباب فى العقد الثانى من العمر اقبلوا كغيرهم على الاستحمام فى مياه الترعة المذكورة كالعادة و لكن هذه المرة جرفتهم المياه مما تسبب في غرقهم جميعًا.

وعبدالعزيز عادل عطية
ومحمد مبروك محمد مصباح
ومهند محمد عرفة سليمان
وجميعهم من قرية دمشلى بكوم حمادة.
وتقدم اللواء محسن الجندى بواجب العزاء لاسر الضحايا و شدد على الالتزام بعدم المجازفة بالنزول بهذا الشكل المأسوي هربا من الطقس الحار و افاد بتوخي الحظر دائما و خصوصا من الاهالي و ايضا الشباب نفسهم منعا لتكرار هذه المأساه مرة اخرى.
