استجواب متهم غسل 15 مليون جنيه حصيلة تجارته العملة فى شركات وسيارات
تجري الجهات المختصة التحقيقات مع متهم بغسل ما يقرب من 15 مليون جنيه متحصلات أنشطة غير مشروعة، من بينها التجارة غير المشروعة في النقد الأجنبي، خلف أنشطة مشروعة ومجالات متعددة لإخفاء مصادر الحصول عليها.
وتواجه الجهات المختصة المتهم اتهامات باستخدام أنشطته الإجرامية في مجال تداول العملات خارج نطاق السوق المصرفية لتحقيق ربح غير مشروع وغسل الأموال، وشارك في تجارة العملات وتربح وجمع مبالغ مالية كبيرة. نتيجة لذلك، ولجأ إلى غسل تلك الأموال نتيجة أنشطته غير المشروعة المذكورة آنفاً.
وتبين أن المتهم استخدم عدة أساليب لإخفاء أنشطته غير المشروعة، منها شهادات بنكية – عقارات – سيارات، وقام بإيداع العديد من النقود والشيكات بمبالغ كبيرة بشكل متكرر، دون توضيح علاقة أو طبيعة نشاط أي جهة. منها، حيث قدرت هذه العقارات بنحو 15 مليون جنيه.
وتم القبض على المتهم بعد أن تبين ممارسته نشاط إجرامي في مجال الاتجار غير المشروع بالنقد الأجنبي خارج نطاق السوق المصرفية بأسعار السوق السوداء، وجمع مبالغ مالية كبيرة من متحصلات نشاطه غير المشروع. ومحاولة غسل تلك الأموال من خلال تأسيس شركات – شراء سيارات وإيداع بعضها في حسابات مصرفية خاصة. وتم نقله وأفراد عائلته إلى بعض البنوك بقصد إخفاء مصدر تلك الأموال وإضفاء طابع قانوني عليها. وقدرت أعمال غسيل الأموال التي ارتكبها بنحو 15 مليون جنيه. تم اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية، وتولت النيابة العامة التحقيق.
