تواريخ مرتبطة بقضية قتل "سفاح الجيزة" لفتاة الإسكندرية.. تعرف عليها
في يناير المقبل، ستصدر محكمة النقض حكم الإعدام على جزار الجيزة، في قضية قتل فتاة تدعى “ياسمين” بالإسكندرية بعد الاحتيال عليها.
هناك عدد من التواريخ المهمة المرتبطة بالقضية..
_ “أوائل يناير 2018” يشير إلى تاريخ مقتل المجني عليها بعد أن استولى عليها بمبلغ 45 ألف جنيه.
_ “6 مارس 2021” يشير إلى تاريخ أولى جلسات محاكمة المتهم.
_ “5 أبريل 2021” يشير إلى تاريخ الحكم بإعدامه في الدعوى.
وأمرت النيابة العامة في 1 فبراير 2021، بإحالة المتهم القذافي فراج إلى محكمة الجنايات، في أربع قضايا بمنطقتي الهرم وبولاق الدكرور بالقاهرة، والمنتزه بالإسكندرية. لمعاقبته بزعم قتل أربعة أشخاص عمداً وهم: زوجته وامرأتان ورجل مع سبق الإصرار، خلال عامي 2015 و2017، وإخفاء جثثهم بدفنها في مقابر أعدها لذلك الغرض.
